Business & Commercial Use
BY THE HOUR

Hire our hall by the hour for one-off event; the time you book should include the time needed to set up and the clear-up time afterwards
FREQUENT HIRER
£15.00 p/h
Reserve more than 12 bookings or 40 hours over a 6-month period and we’ll reduce your hourly rate to £15.00 per hour
SUPER HIRER
£12.50 p/h
Reserve more than 24 bookings or 80 hours over a 6-month period and we’ll reduce your hourly rate to £12.50 per hour
START-UP IDEA? 1

If you’ve got a new business idea with a plan that involves regular hire of the hall, we’ll only charge £10 per hour in months 1 & 2 .
Non-Commercial/Private Use
STANDARD HOURLY RATE

A fully flexible hourly rate allows you to choose the hours that suit your event. The rate does not include the use of kitchen or AV equipment.
DAY EVENT (9am – 6pm)

Hiring the hall for 8 hours with set-up and clean-up time. The rate does not include the use of kitchen or AV equipment.
MORNING/AFTERNOON

Hiring the hall for 4 hours with set-up and clean-up the same day? The rate does not include the use of kitchen or AV equipment.

As a resident of Compton Bassett or a neighbouring village, we can offer special rates for all of your bookings; just confirm your address when booking.
CHARITABLE EVENTS

As a charity ourselves, we understand how event costs can eat into any proceeds you receive. We have a number of options open to us to support your fundraising.
KITCHEN (per booking)
£20
A single fee is payable per booking for use of kitchen facilities (oven, fridge, preparation area, and utensils). Access to the sink and water is free when renting the hall.
AV SYSTEM (per booking)
£20
We have a 120″ electric drop-down projector screen with an audio relay and amplified microphone set up. A single fee per booking.
- New business customers with a business plan that plans at least 4 hall bookings over a two-month period. Pricing will revert to the appropriate discounted rate from month 3 onwards. ↩︎
